"The Fresh Shave, Shave Ice in Koloa ~ easy to find in Koloa, behind the “Crazy Shirt” shop. Several different options to choose from! You can get some cute stickers and pins also! This shave ice is delicious, not like the rest. It doesn’t taste like sugary syrup like many others. It’s a delicious smooth flavor! We tried these flavors: -The Handle Bar: Coconut ~ Topped w/ Fresh pineapple & Shredded Coconut And the -The Professar: Berries & Acai ~ Topped w/Local Honey, Bananas, & Shredded Coconut Definitely the best Shave ice on Kauai. Great seating area outside to relax and enjoy it, too!!"

"Super Sweet service with a smile & a delicious cold treat!! I had the pineapple coconut shaved ice and it tasted like a mai tai! Yum! The surrounding area is cute with picnic tables and seating areas to people watch. The famous chickens and roosters cruise around too. A must stop while in Kauai!"

"Wow! This shave ice was amazing. The Fresh Shave came recommended on a Kaua’i itinerary I purchased and we are so glad we stopped here. My husband and I were stuck between two flavors and were having trouble picking which one to get, the young girl working suggested an item from their secret menu since it was a combination of the two we were between. The flavor was so so good! It was the best shave ice we had on the island, in our humble opinion. We will definitely be back on our next vacation! "My family visited Kauai and Oahu for a total of 12 days and toured all parts of both of the islands, and this was by far the best shave ice we had. All the other places served crushed ice with artificial dyes (sort of like a glorified snow cone), while this tasted much more natural and fresh. A worthwhile stop if you want to experience real shave ice!"
